Our standard business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Designated Statutory Holidays are non-operational days, meaning scheduling and delivery of readings are paused.

We prioritize transparency. For any extended break exceeding three business days, we will notify clients at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance via the following multiple channels:
1. Mass Email Announcement
2. Website Top Banner Alert
3. Scheduling Alerts displayed on the service booking page to ensure new clients are aware of the impact.
