Clarification Policy
After receiving your report, you may submit one clarification request within 30 days of delivery.
This clarification is intended solely to help you better understand the existing analysis and conclusions in your report. It must relate directly to content already addressed and cannot introduce new topics, new timeframes, or additional decision scenarios.
The clarification will be brief and focused, and does not involve re-reading, re-interpretation, or additional analysis.
Examples
✅ Valid Clarification Requests
- “The report mentions potential friction in team collaboration next quarter. Does this primarily refer to internal communication within my team, or coordination with external partners?”
- “You noted that timing is a limiting factor in the next six months. Does this constraint relate more to market conditions or to my personal bandwidth?”
- “In the asset analysis, you referred to cash-flow pressure. Does this assume a conservative or moderate risk tolerance?”
❌ Invalid Requests (Require a New Purchase)
- “Based on this report, can you also check my love life for next month?”
(New topic) - “If I choose the opposite option, what would the outcome look like?”
(New scenario not covered in the report) - “Can you extend the analysis to next year as well?”
(New timeframe) - “Can you take another look to see if the energy has changed?”
(Re-reading / new divination)
We reserve the right to determine whether a request qualifies as a clarification under this policy. This policy exists to ensure clarity and alignment — not to expand or revise the original service.
