Refund Policy

Refunds

1. Single Services

  • These services are personalized and delivered immediately. Once purchased, refunds or cancellations are not allowed.

2. Package Services

  • A full refund may be requested within 96 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted after 96 hours.

3. NUVIORA Responsibility

  • If NUVIORA fails to fulfill the service obligation (for example: not performed or not delivered at all), you may request a refund or rescheduling of the service.

4. Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address.
  • If the service cannot be delivered on time or at all due to an incorrect or invalid email address, or due to your failure to check their inbox, NUVIORA shall not be held liable, and no refund will be issued.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to system failures or internet disruptions) where the service cannot be delivered, NUVIORA may, at its discretion, offer either a rescheduling or a refund.

6. To complete your return, NUVIORA requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

7. NUVIORA will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
